Connecting
Pairing is done once and remembered afterwards. The exact pairing steps are in the user guide for your model.
Charging
The keyboard charges through its own USB-C port, independently of the iPad. Supported adapter type is listed in the guide.
Backlight
Seven backlight colours are selected from the keyboard. If the keys stay dark, send us your model and we will help you check it.
Touchpad
If the pointer stops responding, check that the keyboard is charged and connected, then tell us what you tried.
Compatibility
Compare the model number on your iPad with the lists below. The iPad Air & Pro case does not fit the iPad Pro 11-inch M4 or M5.
Check the Model Number First
iPad generations differ in size and magnet layout. Match the A-number on the back of your iPad before ordering, or ask us to confirm it.
Not supported by the iPad Air & Pro case: iPad Pro 11-inch M4 (A2836, A2837, A3006) and M5 (A3357, A3358, A3359).
Open Settings, go to General, then About. The model number starts with A. It is also printed on the back cover.

No. Those iPad Pro 11-inch models are not supported by this case.

Use the keyboard's own USB-C port. It charges independently from the iPad, so the tablet keeps its port available.
Choose one of seven colours and adjust between three brightness levels from the keyboard.
